Saturday 18th November, 2pm-5pm, Mind & Body Rebalance with Nikki Austin
This workshop is about balancing your body, not balancing WITH the body! You'll go through a sequence of postures to balance body and mind, as well as some partner work to get the most out of those stretches. Followed by a long guided relaxation. Sunday 26th November, 2pm-5pm, Christmas Cracker Yoga Afternoon with Nikki Austin
Treat yourself to a pre Christmas treat. A series of stretches and exercises that promote relaxation in the body and mind. Some done with assistance from a partner, to get the most from the stretches. Concluding with a long, guided, candlelight meditation. Thursday 28th December, 2:30pm, “Little Red Riding Hood” by Moon On A Stick
This much-loved story is reinvented as a playful pantomime. Moon On A Stick combine enchanting puppetry & storytelling with all the traditional pantomime elements in a fun, imaginative show. Featuring live music, dance and audience interaction, get really involved with the story and help Little Red through the forest. Packed full of silliness, a sassy heroine and sparkles, this is the perfect introduction to panto for children aged 3+ and their families.

Sunday 18th February, 3:15pm, Concert by Primavera Chamber Ensemble
Paul Manley (violin), Martin Smith (violin) and Jonathan Barritt (Viola) are a small chamber band who have recorded highly appraised CDs, toured across Europe and received new commissions from leading composers such as Malcolm Lipkin & Phillip Glass. The programme:
