Charlton Park is well known in Canterbury for hosting a variety of events including Open Air Theatre, Musical Concerts and various Charity Events. The pictures here include the Black Ram Theatre Group, Illyria Theatre Company, Circus Bezercus, Changeling Theatre, Three Inch Fools, Stringendo, Naomi Tag and Kentish Piano Trio.

Nikki Austin will lead this delightful day on Sunday 17th November from 10am-2pm.

Starting with an initial stretch yoga session, Nikki will then lead a walk in the countryside followed by more yoga to cool down.

Bring footwear and waterproofs for the walk, and spare yoga clothing. Limited numbers.

PILATES RETREAT DAY

Take time out to relax & energise. Michele Preston leads two extended Pilates sessions in the Ballroom on Sunday 3rd November from 10am-4pm.

The 1st session will focus on strength and flexibility with a coffee & cake break. There will then be a healthy, delicious lunch.

The 2nd half of the day will be a relaxation session.

Price: £45.00 pp incl. complimentary tea, coffee, cake, lunch & use of the Charlton Park grounds.
