Interactive storytelling for adults
Expect to journey to a different world

This is interactive storytelling for adults.

Expect to journey to a different world in the atmospheric ballroom of Charlton Park through embodied storytelling ritual, to be entertained and moved by what you hear, and encouraged to share and develop your own insights.

Stories and myths are intercultural, interpersonal AND carry individual meaning, all of which you will reflect on as part of the event, guided by the storytellers.

To leave the timeless time of the story gently you will finish by sharing tea and cakes.

Regular price: £25 (reduced to £20 for those on low incomes). A limited number of 'by donation' places also available.

BOOKING ESSENTIAL - places reserved via email: karin@yogaandmindfulness.co.uk or on 07830 377162

Charlton Park in Association with the Kingsbourne Players presents
“The Merry Wives of Windsor”
by William Shakespeare

The Summer of Love descends upon Charlton Park as Shakespeare’s naughtiest Comedy takes a 60’s spin around the lawns. Falstaff courts two wealthy wives but instead of ‘Lighting his fire’, the clued-up ladies quickly turn all lusty efforts upside-down and inside-out.

This is Hippie hilarity in full flower-child technicolour, starring our talented local actors - and will include popular songs of the 60s!

Our performances will take place at 7pm from Thursday 20th June through to Saturday 22nd June, with a special matinee performance at 3:30pm on Sunday 23rd.

Lawns will open 1.5 hours in advance of the shows. Bring Rugs & Picnics!

Set to be a rollicking good laugh, this will be a real Summer treat - and we hope you will make it along.

Note: Shows in Ballroom if wet.
