Gabi Preston will host another of her successful Relaxation sessions. The day will be a gentle exploration into how we move and function, using a mixture of Yoga, Feldenkrais and some Alexander Technique principles. There will be time to share food and enjoy the nature & surroundings of Charlton Park.

Saturday, 17th November from 10am to 2pm: Yoga & Country Walk
Nikki Austin is back with her popular 'Winter Warmer' Yoga session. Shake off the winter blues with a great 60 min stretch class to wake up your body, ready for a beautiful walk in the Kent countryside . This workshop is suitable for most (the walk is over uneven ground, but not too steep.) Suitable footwear and waterproof clothing is a must. Please bring a fresh set of yoga clothes for the cool down and relaxation, upon our return.
Tea or coffee and cake included.

Friday, 28th December 2:30pm Land of Nod by Moon on a Stick (Children's Theatre)
A multi-sensory treat for young people this Christmas period. Critically acclaimed company Moon On A Stick, bring their magical performance back to the Ballroom once more in a new adventure, "Land of Nod". Puppetry, Soundscapes and Storytelling explore restlessness and wonder using Hans Christian Andersen's classic tale of the Sandman - spreading happy, colourful sleep far and wide with every twirl of his dream-filled umbrella.
Suitable for Ages 3+
